Charlotte Tilbury – Brow Lift

If you are looking for an eyebrow pencil that’s equipped with all the trimmings then Charlotte Tilbury’s Brow Lift is for you. The rectangle-angled pencil can be used to draw-on singular hairs for a feathery finish or can be used to shade-in thinner patches for a fuller effect. A favorite to most and already extremely popular, it will come as no surprise that we had added Benefit’s Gimme Brow gel to our must-have brow care list. This tinted gel contains tiny micro-fibers that add faux thickness with a simple swipe over the brows. The gel also fills in patches, setting the hairs in place and adding that extra volume.
